WHAT DID WE DO?

PROJECT DETAILS

Completed in 2022, an impressive 4 bedroom new build property, managed from concept to completion by our in-house architect and construction management team. With a high specification throughout, and energy saving technologies, this is a modern, bespoke property designed perfectly to meet the requirements of the family.

CONSTRUCTION PHASE

This stunning property was designed and built to feature many external finishes, and traditional construction methods, including red brick, black cladding and monocouche render, finished with a beautiful slate roof.

INTERIOR

Internally the property benefits from 3 spacious bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms. There is a downstairs shower room, as well as a further separate annexe area with guest bedroom and ensuite above the open double garage/carport. The large open plan kitchen/diner/family room leads out through bi-fold doors into the garden.

The high specification finish included luxury Poly Flor Camaro tiles, an oak staircase with wrought iron spindles and underfloor heating to both ground and first floors.

EXTERIOR

The exterior area was finished with a large patio area and feature pergola. We added a car charger to boost the energy saving capabilities of this property.
