WHAT DID WE DO?

PROJECT DETAILS

An opulent, 5 bedroom bespoke new-build. Split over 4 floors, including a basement level.

Completed in 2022, and designed in-house, this stunning project on the outskirts of Cosgrove is visually impressive and is a flawless example of the high specification achievable.

CONSTRUCTION PHASE

Featuring cropped stone, red brick and monocouche render, the elevation is varied and interesting and finished off with a classic slate roof. The basement level was constructed with a tanking system and lightwells were carefully incorporated to bring light into the lower level.

INTERIOR

Internally. the property benefits from 5 spaciously proportioned bedrooms with several attached dressing areas. Each bedroom has an associated ensuite bathroom. The lower level features a decadent master suite, comprising of a spacious bedroom, shower room, dressing room, cinema, sauna, gym and courtyard.

Internal flourishes include oak staircases, luxury flooring, panelling and a visually striking modular hexagon lighting system.

EXTERIOR

All exterior ground works and landscaping were completed as part of the project. The master bedroom leads out into a quaint courtyard. The top floor features a Velux Cabrio roof balcony, providing interesting external areas to enjoy.
